Does HVM conduct a vendor evaluation with no strings attached?

Yes, to proceed, we would need to execute a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Our service would be the same as our standard Vendor Evaluation, encompassing everything outlined on our services page and more. By taking advantage of a Free Vendor Evaluation, you can experience firsthand the value we can provide.

Can I have HVM manage just one vendor?

HVM typically manages one or two of a hospice organization's highest-cost vendors, with the majority of our expertise in Pharmacy/Pharmacy Benefit and Durable Medical Equipment/Medical Supply sectors. Our primary goal is to drive cost savings by eliminating inefficiencies, streamlining contract negotiations, and freeing up your executive team from the burden of vendor management.

How Does HVM Charge for Their Services?

We offer our services through three flexible models to best suit your needs. After discussing your organization's specific requirements, we will provide a detailed proposal. Our models include: At-Risk options for selected vendors, one-time fee options for specific outsourced tasks, and multi-year agreements that can cover multiple vendors or a single vendor. Additionally, HVM offers a No-Cost Vendor Evaluation, giving you the opportunity to experience our expertise firsthand.
